A routed request occurs each time an end-user clicks or scans your smart link and our Anycast edge gateway executes the device detection and redirect handoff.
Do I own my custom domain and links?
Yes. You delegate a subdomain (such as go.yourapp.com) via standard DNS CNAME. You retain complete ownership of your domain name, and you can update routing rules at any time.
Does Deeplio require an SDK to work?
No client SDK is required for edge smart links. Universal Links and Android App Links operate via standard operating system protocols using files hosted at your custom domain root.
How does billing work?
Billing is managed per organization through our secure Stripe-hosted portal. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without downtime.
