Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Deeplio ("we", "us", or "our") provides edge routing, branded smart links, and mobile deep linking infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use our website (deeplio.app), our console (app.deeplio.app), and when end-users interact with links routed through our edge gateway.

2. Edge Routing Gateway & Telemetry Data

When an end-user navigates to a Deeplio-managed smart link, our Anycast edge workers process the request to determine the appropriate destination (e.g. native app, iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or web fallback).

To perform this routing and provide aggregated analytics to workspace owners, our edge nodes observe:

• HTTP request headers, including User-Agent (to detect OS and browser platform).
• Referer headers and query parameters (such as campaign UTM tags).
• Timestamp and destination routing outcome.
• IP address: processed temporarily in-memory for Anycast routing and coarse geographic aggregation; raw IP addresses are not permanently stored in edge query logs.

Zero-Fingerprinting Commitment: Deeplio does not set cross-site tracking cookies, does not construct persistent device fingerprints, and does not sell or trade traffic data to advertising data brokers.

3. Account and Workspace Information

When you register for a Deeplio account as an organization administrator or developer, we collect:

• Account identity: your name, email address, and authentication provider identifiers (via Google OAuth or Firebase Authentication).
• Workspace configuration: application bundle IDs, Apple Team IDs, Android SHA-256 fingerprints, custom domain hostnames, and routing rules.
• Communication preferences and support communications.

4. Billing & Payment Processing

Paid workspace subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Deeplio does not store or process raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers. Stripe processes payment credentials in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

5. Data Retention & Security

Routing telemetry metrics are aggregated and retained according to your workspace tier allowance (7 days for Free workspaces, up to 1 year for Growth plans). Account data is retained as long as your workspace remains active.

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest to protect stored configurations and tenant records.
