Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Deeplio platform ("Service") provided by Deeplio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description & Custom Domains

Deeplio provides developer tools, API endpoints, and Anycast edge infrastructure for routing mobile smart links, hosting Apple App Site Association (AASA) files, Android Assetlinks files, and managing customer-delegated custom domain hostnames.

You are solely responsible for owning or having proper delegation rights to any custom domain or subdomain you configure within the Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Deeplio in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Route traffic to phishing sites, malware distribution endpoints, or deceptive landing pages.
• Use Deeplio smart links to circumvent platform security controls or violate third-party app store policies.
• Perform denial of service attacks, excessive rate-limit bypasses, or interfere with edge network integrity.
• Configure domains or app identifiers that infringe upon third-party trademarks or copyrights.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Quotas

The Service offers Free and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Growth). Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the workspace Billing & Plans portal. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which the workspace reverts to Free tier limits.

Usage Quotas: Resource limits (such as routed requests per month, custom domains, and active apps) are enforced at the workspace level. We reserve the right to throttle or restrict traffic that substantially exceeds provisioned quotas.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high availability across our Anycast edge network, we do not warrant that the Service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deeplio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
